Refund Eligibility:

 

1. Order was delivered to the wrong address

If your order was delivered to the wrong address we will resend your original order one time within 5 working days of the delivery date. Please contact us at support@sweetpixapp.com to discuss details and desired solution.

2. My photo tiles arrived damaged

If your order arrived damaged due to shipping or a printing malfunction we will replace the damaged photo tile(s) FREE of charge. If you’ve received a damaged photo tile(s) please contact us at support@sweetpixapp.com.

3. My photo tiles are blurry

We will not refund or replace photo tiles that appear low quality due to low resolution images being uploaded. Make sure you use high resolution images at least 800×800 pixels/150 dpi.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, and you’ve used high resolution images, you can return your order to us to receive a 50% refund. Each order is unique and cannot be repurposed, so we can only give partial refunds.

4. My order never arrived

You are eligible for a full refund of the order price, including shipping costs, if your order did not arrive by the estimated delivery date, up until 30 calendar days past. Orders with tracking information indicating the order was delivered are not eligible for a refund. In cases where the item is returned to us for any of the following reasons — incomplete address, unclaimed, returned to sender, or similar — the order total minus the shipping cost will be eligible for a refund.

How to initiate a refund?

Please contact us at support@sweetpixapp.com and describe your problem with the order. Please include your order number and attach the necessary photos to confirm your claims.
