Refund Policy

Sweet Pix Photoboards strives to maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction, including a guarantee of every product as it is described at on our Website and App. Please check our Terms of Use carefully at first and order only if this policy is acceptable to you.

Refund Eligibility:

 

1. Order was delivered to the wrong address

If your order was delivered to the wrong address we will resend your original order one time within 5 working days of the delivery date. Please contact us at support@sweetpixapp.com to discuss details and desired solution.

 

2. My Photoboards arrived damaged

If your order arrived damaged due to shipping or a printing malfunction we will replace the damaged photoboard(s) FREE of charge. If you’ve received a damaged photoboard(s) please contact us at support@sweetpixapp.com.

 

3. My order never arrived

You are eligible for a full refund of the order price, including shipping costs, if your order did not arrive by the estimated delivery date, up until 30 calendar days past. If we can provide tracking information indicating the order has arrived, the refund request is void. In cases where the item is returned to the seller for any of the following reasons, the refund price includes item price only: incomplete address, unclaimed, returned to sender, or similar.

 

4. Partial refunds

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason but still wish to keep the item, you can negotiate a discount for your next order with us for an amount that is agreeable to both parties. Please note that while you may request a future discount, we are not obligated to provide one and, depending on your reason for the request, may prefer that you return the item for a full refund instead.

 

How to initiate a refund?

Please contact us at support@sweetpixapp.com and describe your problem with the order. Please include your order number and attach the necessary photos to confirm your claims.
